Fairmont Raffles Hotels International

In fact the company’s brand comprises two different brands, the Swissotel and Raffales brand created in July 2005. In May 2006 Kingdom Hotels International acquired together with Colony Capital the company Fairmont Hotels Inc and hence combined the assets of Fairmont and Raffles changing this joined cooperation into one of the global hotel industry leaders with head office in Toronto. Wit the four brands – Fairmont, Swissotel, Raffles and Delta the company was then named the Fairmont Raffles Hotels International featuring a total number of 120 luxury hotels located across 23 countries.
